DMF - Safe Gloves That Shield The Earth

DMF, an industrial solvent, is commonly used in the dipping processes of PU gloves. Prolonged exposure to DMF can have a carcinogenic impact on humans. Its accumulation in water and other components of the ecosystem has also been proven hazardous.
Mallcom India has taken a sustainable approach in the making of PU gloves. We design these industrial hand gloves to be DMF-safe. After being coated with DMF, our PU gloves are washed to remove any excess of this chemical and keep its level as low as possible.
Before dispensing the waste water, we treat it again to separate the DMF from it. The recovered DMF gets purified and reused in the production process. This method reduces the need for procuring more DMF. It also lowers the environmental impact that could have been caused by the release of untreated waste water.
