Asst Manager – Certification, audit and compliance
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing various Certifications and Audits - Quality, Environment (ISO) and Social Audits ( Sedex) at our factories through audit and certification agencies.
- Ensure successful compliance with Audit requirement for certification bodies and client audits
- Renew certifications and upgrade new standards
- Handle all compliances related to licenses, annual and quarterly returns for Factory license, Pollution, Trade License, BOPT, ESIC, PF, CLRA, Minimum Wages etc

Responsibilities
- Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations and prompt grievance handling of employees
- Managing Statutory Compliances related to factory act, industrial dispute act and other labour laws
- File returns, ensure renewal of licences for trade licence, fire license, pollution and CLRA, LWF etc
- Maintain all personnel file, wage register, bonus register, sick register, fine register etc all relevant documents as per law

- Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the customer expectation and ensure sample approval rate as per KPI
- Supervise pattern correction and provide technical support where necessary during sample development & production.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
- Setting SOPs for all processes and conducting regular audit to check compliance
- Ensure that SOP are aligned with business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market and in a sustained manner
- Ensure customer delight on product quality. Implement continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that problems are prevented and that customer requirements are met and any problems resolved effectively and economically
