• Inspect materials/components (cut panels, stitched uppers, soles, etc.) for defects, sizing, and measurement errors.
• Check for stitching quality, bonding strength, finishing, and alignment.
• Perform line-side quality checks during key stages: cutting, stitching, lasting, finishing, and packing.
• Verify operations are being carried out as per quality SOPs.
• Identify, tag, and isolate defective products or components immediately.
• Ensure proper marking of rejection and rework items.
